United reportedly agree Fernandes personal terms

Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Mateus Fernandes, according to Claret&Hugh. The reported agreement covers the player's terms with United, not a transfer agreement with West Ham.

The same account says United are still preparing a formal bid. It does not report that an offer has been submitted or that a fee has been agreed with West Ham.
