Tottenham reportedly agree Fernandes personal terms

Tottenham have agreed personal terms with Mateus Fernandes, according to Claret&Hugh. The outlet says Spurs have spent almost three weeks negotiating with his agent, Jorge Mendes.

The reported agreement covers the player side of a possible move. It does not settle a transfer with West Ham. Claret&Hugh says the club continue to want £80 million to £85 million. No submitted bid or club-to-club fee agreement is reported.
