Roma look elsewhere over reported Summerville wage demand

Roma are reportedly looking at other targets after being put off by Crysencio Summerville's wage demands. Il Messaggero, relayed by Claret&Hugh, says the winger wants €6m a season, about £5.1m.

That follows Corriere dello Sport's report that Roma and West Ham held talks over a deal worth around £26m, with Roma preparing an offer and West Ham seeking more. This latest account does not say that offer has been submitted.

The reported obstacle is now the player's salary demand. No offer, personal-terms agreement or transfer agreement has been reported.
