Solomon says new-look West Ham are beginning to click

Manor Solomon rounded off West Ham's 6-0 win over Wrexham with his first goal at London Stadium, then said the new-look squad was beginning to click on and off the pitch.

Solomon struck West Ham's sixth eight minutes from time. He said he had been waiting to score in front of the home support since his summer move from Tottenham, but put the result first as West Ham secured a fourth consecutive win.

The winger felt the players were getting to know each other much better, while stressing there was still plenty of room to improve. Six goals from six scorers gave that optimism some substance. The scoreline was emphatic. Solomon's own verdict was that the work is not finished.
