West Ham may have agreed Engels deal, insider says

West Ham may have agreed a deal with Celtic for Arne Engels, according to ExWHUEmployee as reported by The West Ham Way. The claimed fee is around £22m.

That is a reported club-to-club agreement, not a completed transfer. The same account said personal terms still had to be finalised and Engels was expected to begin a medical. There was no official confirmation that the move was complete.
