Bowen values another route to victory at Swansea

Jarrod Bowen took more from West Ham's 1–0 win at Swansea City than another three points. After the 6–0 victory at Lincoln City three days earlier, the captain said a team hoping to do well this season has to win in different ways.

Speaking to West Ham's official site, Bowen acknowledged that West Ham had not reached their highest level at Swansea. He felt they could have scored again after Divine Mukasa's first-half winner, but valued the way they protected the lead. Bowen also thanked the travelling supporters and looked ahead to home games against Southampton and West Bromwich Albion.
