Second dispersal zone extends derby policing
Derby policing now reaches beyond the area around The Den. City of London Police has introduced a second Section 35 dispersal order covering the Square Mile and several bridges over the Thames from 8am to 8pm on matchday.
It sits alongside the Metropolitan Police order around the stadium and nearby neighbourhoods. The orders allow officers to direct people contributing to crime, disorder or anti-social behaviour to leave.
The second zone extends the operation into the City and over several routes across the Thames ahead of Millwall's 12.30pm meeting with West Ham.
