Vargas reportedly favours Premier League move
Rubén Vargas reportedly favours a Premier League move, an awkward detail for West Ham in the Championship.
West Ham Zone, citing Spanish outlet Orgullobiri, says the Sevilla winger wants to move to England but would prefer a top-flight club. The same account places Brighton in a strong position and says they are prepared to meet Sevilla’s demands, reported at around £13 million.
West Ham are still said to be considering the 27-year-old as a left-wing option. Villarreal and Trabzonspor have also reportedly enquired about his availability. No West Ham bid or agreement is reported.
