West Ham reportedly consider Otávio move

Read West Ham, relaying The West Ham Way and ExWHUEmployee, reports that West Ham are considering Paris FC centre-back Otávio as a possible defensive signing. That is the full extent of the reported activity: no contact, talks or formal bid are reported.

The outlet says West Ham’s existing relationship with Paris FC after Mohamadou Kanté’s transfer and assistant Rui Pedro Silva’s familiarity with Otávio could help if the interest develops. Neither point amounts to negotiations. Otávio joined Paris FC in July 2025 on a five-year contract, and the French club are reported to be under no pressure to sell.
