Report says West Ham have made contact over Ziolkowski

West Ham are now reported to have made contact over Jan Ziolkowski, beyond the earlier claim that they were monitoring the Roma defender.

RomaGiallorossa, via Sport Witness, says West Ham are the most interested club and that contact could develop quickly. Roma are reported to want between €20m and €25m.

Ziolkowski has reportedly played only eight minutes in May, while Newcastle United are also named as a possible suitor. There is still no reported bid, negotiation or agreement, so the contact claim is the development here, not a deal.
