That conflicts with earlier TEAMtalk reports that talks had begun and McAtee was keen on a reunion with Nuno Espírito Santo. Neither account establishes a bid, agreed fee, personal terms or agreement.

McAtee reportedly prepared to reject West Ham

James McAtee is now reported to be preparing to reject West Ham, directly contradicting the earlier claim that he was keen on the move.

Claret&Hugh quotes Football Insider sources saying the Nottingham Forest midfielder is not interested in moving to the Championship and would prefer to stay at Forest, despite a substantial West Ham offer reportedly being lined up.

That clashes with the earlier TEAMtalk-based reports that talks had begun and McAtee wanted a reunion with Nuno Espírito Santo. Both versions remain source claims. A bid, agreed fee, personal terms or agreement has not been established.
